REGULATE 
Meditation, Somatic practice & Nervous system resilience

REGULATE is the pillar of the Radical Resonance Method that supports your inner landscape;  your mind, emotions, stress physiology and nervous system.

These sessions blend Effortless Meditation, mindfulness-based practice, somatic awareness and gentle emotional processing to help you:

  • unlearn urgency

  • soften chronic tension

  • reduce stress and overwhelm

  • create more internal space and steadiness

  • reconnect with your natural rhythm

Meditation is a powerful tool, with one to one and group sessions providing a space for self-reflection, cultivating present-moment awareness and developing a compassionate relationship with oneself and those around you.  I provide gentle guidance, effective solutions and teach techniques to meet you where you are at, so that you can easily develop a daily practice over time.

​

REGULATE can be booked as a standalone weekly session, part of a 6 week series or added on to NOURISH as deeper support for emotional eating, stress physiology and nervous-system repair.

Why REGULATE?

Modern life, especially during life transitions, loads the nervous system with:

  • constant stimulation

  • emotional load

  • hormonal shifts

  • sleep disruption

  • chronic stress

  • a sense of being “on” all the time

REGULATE offers a grounded, non-performative space to slow down, feel and gently retrain your system toward safety and ease.

This work is ideal if you experience:

  • anxiety, overthinking or rumination

  • burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • difficulty winding down or sleeping

  • stress-related symptoms (gut, tension, pain)

  • emotional eating or stress-driven choices

  • a sense of “I can’t switch off”

What We Practise in REGULATE

In Regulate sessions, we draw from:

  • Effortless Meditation – a simple, non-forceful technique that uses a gentle inward focus on an anchor (often a sound or non-religious mantra) to allow the mind to naturally settle, without concentrating or controlling thoughts.  It’s deeply restful, accessible and particularly supportive for busy, overactive minds.

​

  • Mindfulness & Present-Moment Awareness – learning to notice thoughts, emotions and sensations without judgement or pressure to “fix” them.

​

  • Somatic Grounding & Body Awareness – tuning into the body, breath and internal cues to support regulation and safety (e.g. orienting, body scans, simple movement).

​

  • Emotional Processing & Self-Compassion – developing the capacity to feel or simply observe emotions without being flooded or shutting down, and meeting yourself with kindness instead of criticism.

​

  • Nervous-System Micro Practices – small, practical tools you can use throughout the day to downshift from hyperarousal, manage stress spikes and support recovery.

​

These practices are trauma-aware, gentle and non-performative. There is no pressure to “empty the mind”, follow any strict dogma, sit uncomfortably or meditate perfectly.

​

Sessions are available:

  • 1:1 (in person or online)

  • Small public groups - weekly series for 6 weeks  

  • as an add-on to NOURISH for clients who want support regulating stress, emotional eating and nervous-system load alongside nutrition work.

REGULATE + NOURISH

REGULATE works beautifully alongside NOURISH.

For many people, food choices, digestion, cravings and energy are deeply affected by:

  • stress and cortisol

  • sleep quality

  • emotional coping patterns

  • underlying anxiety or overwhelm

​

By pairing NOURISH with REGULATE, we support both:

  • the physiology (nutrition, hormones, digestion, inflammation)

  • and the nervous system (stress, emotions, urgency, safety)

​

This combination can be especially helpful if you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, emotional eating, chronic stress or burnout.
